In the assessment phase, our team evaluates the severity, urgency, and scope of the issue, determining the most appropriate course of action and required resources.

Communication

We provide constant communication and maintain ownership of the issue throughout the process, keeping tenants informed about the status of their request, expected timelines, and any temporary arrangements necessary to minimize disruption.

 Dispatch & Follow Up

The qualified personnel / contractors are assigned to complete the work, monitoring progress, verifying completion, and collecting feedback to ensure the issue has been fully resolved.
