Saar Schnitman is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 17 years of experience leading asset management, investment sales / leasing, acquisitions, and strategic portfolio growth. As CEO of Galaxy Real Estate, he brings a proven track record of driving value, optimizing performance, and cultivating long-term client relationships across diverse asset classes, including retail, office, multifamily, and industrial properties.
Throughout his career, he delivered consistent NOI growth, implemented innovative operational strategies that increased efficiency, and navigated complex transactions with both institutional and private investors.

Saar holds a BA of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is licensed as a real estate broker in Illinois and Colorado.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction and maintenance industry, Barak Schnitman has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and hands-on expertise. Throughout his career, Barak managed and completed numerous ground-up construction projects and single-family home developments, overseeing every stage from planning to completion.
